You’ll lead pharmaceutical meetings and events from early planning through on-site execution and final wrap-up, keeping every detail on track along the way. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys balancing logistics, client collaboration, and creative problem-solving. You’ll have the chance to own multiple programs at once and make a visible impact from start to finish. You’re Good At Managing multiple meetings and events at once while staying organized, calm, and deadline-focused • Building strong relationships with clients, coworkers, venues, and service providers • Leading projects from kickoff to close-out, including timelines, written materials, and on-site execution • Solving problems quickly and confidently while keeping programs moving forward • Communicating clearly and professionally, whether you’re giving direction, sharing updates, or making recommendations You Might Also Have A four-year degree in a business-related field • Two years of experience in meeting planning or meetings management within the pharmaceutical meetings industry. • Experience supporting both small- and large-scale meeting formats • Confidence working independently while also being a collaborative team player • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and HTML You Should Know This is a work from home position for those located in the US.
