Our Client is a Foreign Tech Company who have been developed various products based on e-commerce platforms, incubation, growth-phase products, or long-term core business products, looking for a Project Manager who can speak both Japanese & English. JOB DESCRIPTION Create a full development schedule from the roadmap to epics Create and execute 1-2 weeks development plans and following-up reporting. Define KPI for project completion" for backlog tasks and create tickets for each sprint. Primary response to inquiries from stakeholders and system incidents. Build relationships with all project stakeholders, including SWEs, PDM, Customer Support, etc. Define KPIs and improve the productivity and operation development. JOB REQUIREMENT Basic Qualification Fluent Japanese language skills N2 or higher, or Native Japanese. English skills equivalent to CEFR B1, IELTS 5.5 or higher. Preferable candidate with minimum 5 year-experience in project management for technology company. Ability to define or explain system specifications from business requirements. Experience managing tasks and schedules for more than two weeks using tools such as ClickUp and Jira. Document creation skills using tools such as Notion, Google Docs, and spreadsheets Prioritizing tasks with BizDev, SWEs, and PDM Solid competency in strictly managing schedule. Preferred Experience Proven track record in development team productivity by setting KPIs, measuring product effectiveness and improvement. Monitor multi KPIs to track products after release such as conversion rate and retention rate Agile Scrum Master Experience as SWE, UI/UX designer, etc. Data analysis and table definition using SQL.
